Trade Lead Description:
1. Seller issue SCO & Buyer sends ICPO to seller
2. Seller confirms ICPO and issues FCO to the buyer for signature
3. Buyer returns signed FCO and seller issues draft contract directly to buyer
4. Buyer returns signed contract to seller with a letter of acknowledgement and scanned copies of the buyer’s company registration and passport copy of buyer
5. Seller registers/legalizes contract with appropriate ministry and sends hard copy to buyer
6. Buyer secures/reassigns the POP documents and certification of ownership to identify the buyer company as the beneficiary owner of the product allocation
7. Seller bank posts non-operative 2% performance bond and full POP documents
8. Upon confirmation of the 2% PB & full POP by buyer’s bank, buyer’s bank issues DLC to seller’s bank for monthly shipment to prove buyer’s capability
9. Delivery commences as per contract and the shipment should arrive at buyer’s discharge port within 25/30 days
10. Within 5 working days buyer makes the full pay
